PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hat with an engaging tool designed to stick comb teeth into hair, engage the comb teeth with the hair in a state of the worn hat and carry out simple mounting and demounting from the hat by utilizing a part of comb teeth without using a special part for attaching the engaging tool to the hat and to provide the engaging tool used in the hat. SOLUTION: The engaging tool is formed of a first comb in which the teeth stuck into the hair are continuously provided and a second comb in which teeth are arranged in the direction opposite to the teeth of the first comb and formed integrally with the first comb. The hat with the engaging tool is obtained by arranging the engaging tool in the inner peripheral part of the hat. One of the combs is engaged with the hair when the hat is worn and both the combs act so as to stand up the hair against the wind pressure by using the hat with the engaging tool.
