PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular braking control device capable of preventing excessive load on a hydraulic brake device by continuing the brake hydraulic pressure retaining state for a long time when a non-drive position of a transmission is selected. SOLUTION: The vehicular braking control device comprises a first braking force retaining means (Steps S101, S102) to retain the braking force by the retaining the brake hydraulic pressure, and a second braking force retaining means (Step S104) to retain the braking force by automatically controlling a parking brake, and further comprises a shift position detection means (Steps S103, S108) to detect the shift position of a transmission, and a braking force switching means (Steps S103-S105) to release the braking force retaining state by the first braking force retaining means after retaining the braking force by the second braking force retaining means when detecting that the non-drive position is selected as the shift position while retaining the braking force by the first braking force retaining means.
