PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide chairs which can be nested by stacking one behing the other regardless of the presence or absence of armrests and facilitate a wide assortment of products including chairs with armrests and chairs without armrests. SOLUTION: In the chairs 1 which can be nested by stacking one behind the other, a leg frame 2 is provided with an armrest frame 14 composed of an arm abutting rod 14a inclined downward to the front on the outer side part of both support frames 8 and an attaching rod 14b connected to the front end and turned to a diagonally rear lower part so as to be spread to the outer side part by fixing the lower end part of the attaching rod 14b to the support frames 8.
