A national representative number access receiver(300) of an intelligent network has an abbreviated button function for connecting with national representative numbers for business. A voice recognition server access receiver(400) has an abbreviated button function for connecting with a voice recognition server capable of receiving voice recognition applied with a speaker-independent type technology. A daily information-specialized counselor access receiver(500) has an abbreviated button function for connecting with daily information-specialized counselors with whom users are more easily and conveniently able to counsel about local information.
