The device has a phonic box (2) fixed on a basin of a toilet, where the basin is covered with a flap (3) provided with a cover (1). An interrupter (8) is actuated by an upward movement of the cover of the basin for automatically starting the phonic box. The phonic box is supplied continuously by using a low voltage transformer installed on upstream of an electric installation. The phonic box is stopped automatically by closing the cover.
