A capacitor device of a plasma display is provided to display correct data on a plasma display panel by performing a capacitor function with a constant capacity in each part of the plasma display device regardless of the temperature. A capacitor device of a plasma display device for performing charging/discharging with constant capacity includes at least one first capacitor(PTC) having a first capacity of which the capacity value increases as the temperature rises; and at least one second capacitor(NTC) connected with the first capacitor and having a second capacity of which the capacity value decreases as the temperature rises. The total capacity of the capacitor device is the sum of the first and second capacities of the first and second capacitors.
