<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foundation improving material having compressing performance, bending performance and toughness performance, with a prolonged pot life and if necessary an early expression of strength, and to provide a method for construction of a large sectional tunnel with safety in construction and shortening construction period in binding small sectional tunnels. <P>SOLUTION: The foundation improving agent comprises a base material and a hardener, wherein the base material comprises a cement-based solidifying material having the compression performance, bending performance and an auxiliary component comprising fine particles for imparting flowing property to the solidifying material and inhibiting bleeding, a stabilizer for prolonging pot life of the base material, a regulator for controlling gel time of the base material and a fiber reinforcing material for enhancing toughness performance. The large sectional tunnel is constructed by constructing an outer structure by mutually lapping the foundation improving materials 2 to the periphery of small sectional tunnels 1a-1f, and then digging inside of the structure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
