<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing and applicator device, easily housed in a peripheral device in an environment where an applicator element is insulated from the inside of a container. <P>SOLUTION: This packaging and applicator device includes: a container containing a product; and the applicator element adapted to supply the product through a passage permanently or selectively communicated with the inside of the container and having an application surface intended to locate in contact with the surface to be treated. The applicator element is supported by a movable member, and the movable member is moved from a first position where the applicator element exists outside a recessed part located on the upper side of the container to a second position where the applicator element is included in the recessed part. In the second position, the movable member has a part closing the recessed part, and the movable member carries out the following function when it is located in the second position, that is, the functions of preventing the operation of a metering element and/or closing the passage for delivering the product to the applicator element. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
