The panel has a plate (4) with a surface provided with a set of relief bodies (41) separated by spaces. The center of peak of each body comprises a circular projection (42) formed in the panel. A junction zone of the projections and each body is formed by rounded edges. Each relief body is connected to the plate by another set of rounded edges. A connection zone between each body and the plate is formed by a third set of rounded edges such that the panel provides an anti-skid function, when it is placed on the ground. Each body and projections are formed by molding a single block.
