A self-magnetizing motor improving magnetization is provided to improve magnetization of a permanent magnet substance by according a phase of an AC current applied to excitation coil with a phase of an AC current applied to an induction coil. In a self-magnetizing motor improving magnetization, a rotor(10) comprises a rotor body(12), more than one rod conductors(13) mounted by penetrating the rotor body(12) in an axis direction, and a permanent magnet substance(14) surrounding an outer circumference of the rotor body(12) and is magnetizable. A stator(20) has bigger outer diameter than the rotor(10) and includes a hollow portion(21) to which the rotor(10) is inserted, two excitation slots(24) adjacently to a plurality of induction slots(22,23), and an excitation pole which is formed between two excitation slots(24) for magnetizing the permanent magnet substance(14). An excitation coil(24a) penetrates two excitation slots(24). An induction coil(23a) penetrates the plurality of induction slots(22,23), to which an AC current is applied. The AC current has the same phase with a phase of the AC current applied to the excitation coil(24a). An induction magnetic field generated by the induction coil(23a) and the excitation pole are positioned in a straight line.
