<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a radiated noise from increasing due to a variation of power source voltage of a semiconductor chip. <P>SOLUTION: An axis O<SB>2</SB>of power source wiring 122 of a surrounding circuit 120 outputting to a cable 140 being apt to become the antenna to increase the radiated noise is located so as to cross an axis O<SB>1</SB>of a power wiring 112 of an internal circuit 110 orthogonally. Based on the theory that the mutual inductance between wires is proportional to the cosθbetween the wires according to the Neumann formula, the potential variation of the power source wiring 112 for supplying a high-frequency current to the internal circuit 110 is overlaid on the signal wiring 123 of the surrounding circuit 120, thereby preventing the radiated noise from increasing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
