<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a solar cell module in a built-up structure. <P>SOLUTION: Multiple constructional materials 104 are fixed in a flow direction 102 on the roof with regular intervals, and both ends of each solar cell module 106 are fixed at the adjacent constructional materials 104.
