PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal instrument wherein number of components is reduced and manufacturing is enabled easily. SOLUTION: The mobile terminal instrument 1 is equipped with a housing 3, a main substrate 11 arranged in the housing 3, and a communication substrate 21 which is arranged in the housing 3 independently of the main substrate 11. A shield plate 51 is arranged on the inner surface of the housing 3 so that a shielded region 53 of the main substrate 11 is covered. The shield plate 51 is equipped with a main substrate ground connection 57 which is connected to the ground of the main substrate 11, and a communication substrate ground connection 73 which is connected to the ground of the communication substrate 21. The communication substrate ground connection 73 is constituted of flat spring strips which are prolonged towards the communication substrate 21 from the shield plate 51 and push the communication substrate 21. Further, a card mounting portion 27 is arranged on the communication substrate 21, and the end of the shield plate 51 is bent toward the communication substrate 21 and forms a card sliding plate 69.
