PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the manufacturing man-hour of a diaphragm for a speaker by eliminating the need for work of eliminating markings of a resin material path when manufacturing the diaphragm for the speaker provided on the screen of a mobile phone through the use of an injection molding method. SOLUTION: A movable mold 25 and a fixed mold 26 are closed, and a vibration part forming cavity and a holding part forming cavity are formed of the first forming face 32 of the movable mold 25 and the second forming face 30 of the fixed mold 26. A resin material is poured from a part corresponding to a face where the elastic part of a vibration part is joined to the vibration part forming cavity and to the holding part forming cavity. The molds are released in a state a primary molded product thus obtained is held on a first forming face 30. The movable mold 25 is moved to make the primary molded product oppose to the third forming face 34 of the fixed mold 26 and the molds are closed to form an elastic part forming cavity. An elastic material is made to flow in the elastic part forming cavity. The elastic material covers markings of resin material paths left on the primary molded product to hide the markings.
