PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nicotine-containing product to which important factors of smoking, including factors of inhaling air, exhaling the same, and clamping something between lips, are added, for the purpose of realizing smoking cessation. SOLUTION: This nicotine-containing product comprises a piece of candy or a stick of chewing gum containing the nicotine, wherein the piece or the stick is formed into a cylindrical, cigarette-like, cigar-like, or tobacco pipe-like shape as a whole or a part, so that the product has a hollow shape and the inside and the outside of the mouth communicate with each other when the product is clamped between the lips.
