PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper bundle inspection device, and paper bundle carrying device, easily capable of inspecting if a paper bundle is normal or not. SOLUTION: In this paper bundle inspection device 300, a paper feeding part 317 for inspection is provided to contain a paper bundle formed by a plurality of paper sheets combined with each other. A paper carrying part 310 carries paper from the paper bundle contained in the paper feeding part 317 for inspection. A CCD camera 360 detects paper information of each sheet of paper carried by the paper carrying part 310. A paper bundle inspection control part 350 determines whether or not the paper bundle contained in the paper feeding part 317 for inspection has abnormality based on detected paper information.
