PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passenger conveyor operation contents changing system capable of coping with a passenger conveyor managed by a different manager without a dedicated card issued by the manager. SOLUTION: This passenger conveyor operation contents changing system is provided with a passenger conveyor provided with an operation contents changing means, a personal information reading device 13 provided near a platform of the passenger conveyor to read a personal information recording material brought by a passenger, a determining means 16 for determining a change of the operation contents on the basis of the information read by the personal information reading device, and a control means 10 for transmitting an operation contents changing signal to the operation contents changing means on the basis of the determination by the determining means to change the operation contents of the passenger conveyor for a fixed time.
