PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel feeding system which prevents the fraudulent use from occurring when the card information becomes unable to be written because of a power failure before a charge is paid by using a prepaid card. SOLUTION: The fuel feeding system 10 comprises a plurality of meters 12, a setting device 14 which sets oil feeding information, a prepaid card-issuing machine 16 which issues the prepaid card 15, and a managing computer 18. A controlling circuit 40 writes judgement data for judging that a fuel is being fed in the storage section of the prepaid card 15 after the prepaid card 15 has been inserted into a card reader/writer 42. The judgement data is eliminated when the process of the account settlement for a charge after the completion of the fuel feeding has normally been performed. Therefore, when the judgement data is read when the data stored on the prepaid card 15 which is inserted into the card reader/writer 42 is read, it can be judged that the account settlement for a charge has not been performed at the time of the last fuel feeding.
