PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein there is a danger that a bicycle traveling while fixing an umbrella to a handle slips and falls on its side in case of rainy days and a strong wind. SOLUTION: The bicycle safe travel unit is a strong reverse L shape having a top panel with a collar and a wind-shielding panel fixed by a hinge and reinforce by a diagonal rod. The wind-shielding panel and a slide type support rod are fixed by a bolt and a clip attached to a distal end of the support rod clamps a shaft of the handle to strongly fix it. The present constitution is assembling type, can be disassembled to respective parts and can be easily assembled. According to the structure, the bicycle can be traveled without anxiety.
