PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a common mode noise filter which gives high adhesive strength between external end face electrodes and laminated structures. SOLUTION: The common mode noise filter comprises a nonmagnetic layer 20, magnetic layers 21a, 21b which sandwich the nonmagnetic layer 20 between them, two counter flat coils 22a, 22b which are buried in the nonmagnetic layer 20, and four external end face electrodes 25 which are connected electrically to the flat coils 22a, 22b. Each of the magnetic layers 21a, 21b is a laminated structure consisting of oxide magnetic layers 23 and insulating layers 24 including a glass component. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
