PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance adhesion strength between a friction facing and a cushioning plate in an adhesion-fixing type clutch disk. SOLUTION: A clutch disk 32 is equipped with a pair of annular friction facings 33 arranged axially opposed to each other so as to be frictionally engaged with a flywheel 2, a plurality of cushioning plates 35 provided between the friction facings 33 so as to be elastically deformable and provided with a pair of flat portions 36 arranged opposed to the friction facings 33, and at least one adhesion layer 38 for fixing the friction facing 33 and the flat portion 36 by an adhesive.
