PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently control issue timings of commands sent and received between a plurality of processors. SOLUTION: An execution command holding section 222 holds up to a prescribed number of execution commands received from an external command transmitting subject. An execution command issuing section 230 takes out and issues the held execution commands to a command execution subject. An adjustment command holding section 224 holds adjustment commands sent from the command transmission subject so as to adjust the issue order of the execution commands. A storage area in which the execution command holding section 222 holds the execution commands and a storage area in which the adjustment command holding section 224 holds the adjustment commands are storage areas which are separately secured. The execution command issuing section 230 issues an execution command received after an adjustment command is received on condition that an execution command received before the receipt of adjustment command is issued when the adjustment command is held.
