PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a corona discharger capable of effectively removing discharge products, composed of a simple inexpensive configuration, and free from deformation of saw-teeth-like discharge electrodes, and to provide a process cartridge and an image forming apparatus. SOLUTION: The corona discharger has an electrode plate 13 in which the plurality of saw-teeth-like discharge electrodes 15 are arranged in a line on a long base part 14, and cleaning members 20A for the electrode plate 13. The cleaning members 20A are a pair of planar members, one disposed in firm contact with one face of the electrode plate 13 and the other in firm contact with the other face. The cleaning members 20A are reciprocally movable in the lengthwise directions of the electrode plate 13 (directions indicated by arrows B and B'). The leading end faces 21a and 21b of each cleaning member 20A in the corresponding movement directions are inclined backward in the corresponding movement directions from the base part 14 of the electrode plate 13 toward the leading ends of the saw-teeth-like discharge electrodes 15.
