PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical diffuser used for diffusing an insecticide, etc., and having a high freedom for its installation. SOLUTION: This chemical diffuser is constituted of a main body case (a case member) 2, a clipping piece member 3 and a helical spring 5. A battery 6 and a blower 30 are fixed in the main body case (the case member ) 2, and a chemical-holding member 41 is placed above the blower 30. The chemical diffuser 1 has a structure like a large scale clip as a whole, and the projection profiles of the main body case 2 and the clipping piece member 3 are the same. The main body case 2 and the clipping piece member 3 have both long and slender forms. Both of them are connected by a hinge 63 at a position close to their one ends, and the other ends open and close. The chemical diffuser is mounted on a thing positioned in the vicinity of an invading passage or a gathering place of noxious insects, as nipping it. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
