PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for producing swollen confectionery whose structure is simplified to save production costs and whose volume is minimized. SOLUTION: The device for producing swollen confectionery 1 is provided with the following: a main body frame 2; a driving unit 3 set up at the main body frame, and comprising a driving motor having a decelerator, and first and second driving axes to which motive energy is transmitted from the driving motor; a first and a second operation cams 4, 5 installed on the first driving axis; an operating unit connected to the first operation cam and taking seesaw operation; an upper part metal mold 7 connected to the operation unit, going up and down and having a heating means; a lower part metal mold 8 set just below the upper metal mold and having a heating means; a grain supply unit 9 power-connected to the first driving axis to discharge a prescribed amount of grain; a grain transfer unit connected to the second operation cam and conveying the grain supplied from the grain supply unit to the lower part metal mold; and a control box 28 set to the main body frame and controlling drive of each component.
