A ground reinforcement construction method using a hollow-screw-type drilled anchor body and the anchor are provided to facilitate the construction and save the construction time and cost. A ground reinforcement construction method uses a hollow-screw-type drilled anchor body(10) that comprises a disposable bit(30) and a fastening device(20). The disposable bit has a plurality of jet holes(32) on the front. The fastening device is structured as a valve having a hollow bolt(12) and an extrusion hole(22). The ground reinforcement method bores a hollow hole on an objective ground and simultaneously, fills the hollow hole with accelerating agent with the drilled anchor body inserted. Cement milk is jet in by high pressure through an inject hole of the hollow bolt. Therefore, the cement milk fills the jet hole and the hollow hole. The anchor body is structured by connecting an attach board(50) to a rear part thereof through a connection nut(54) after filling the inside of the hollow hole with the cement milk.
