Provided are an antibacterial composition having antibacterial effect to food poisoning comprising 6-hydroxykinurenic acid, and a cleaning agent comprising the antibacterial composition. The antibacterial composition comprises as active ingredient, a gingko extract selected from the group consisting of butanol, n-hexane fraction, chloroform fraction, ethylacetate fraction, and butanol fraction extractors. The n-hexane fraction extractor is obtained by adding an aqueous solution of n-hexane to methanol extractor of gingko and isolating the n-hexane fraction. The chloroform fraction extractor is obtained by adding a chloroform to aqueous layer of the n-hexane fraction and isolating the chloroform fraction. The ethylacetate fraction extractor is obtained by adding an ethylacetate to aqueous layer of the chloroform fraction and isolating the ethylacetate fraction. The butanol fraction extractor is obtained by adding a butanol to aqueous layer of the ethyl acetate fraction and isolating the butanol fraction. The antibacterial composition has an antibacterial effect to at least one food poisoning selected from the group consisting of E.coli, Salmonella typhimurium, Staphylococcus aureus, Listeria monocytogenes.
