A data input device of a mobile communication terminal is provided to install a data input unit configured to be selectively inserted into the inside and extracted from the outside of the terminal through one side of the terminal, thus a user can easily search files or items. The first data input unit(210) is electrically connected to a controller, and is provided so as to be exposed to one surface of a body unit(110) in order to input an input signal to the controller. The second data input unit(220) is electrically connected to the controller, and coupled with a guide groove(230) as sliding along the guide groove(230) where one side of the body unit(110) is open, then inputs the input signal to the controller as sliding along the guide groove(230).
