An implant and an equipment for fixing an orthodontic device by using the same are provided to improve the supporting force of the implant when the latter is stuck into a jaw or palate bone, and to achieve a relatively great orthodontic force, as well as to prevent the rotation moment from being applied to the implant. The implant(10) comprises: a linear screw(11), inserted into a jaw or palate bone and fixed thereinto; a lower head(12), formed in an upper end of the screw(11); a bearing(13), extended from the lower head(12) upward in the state that it is offset from a central axis of the screw(11) so as to cover the bone and to be exposed to an upper part of the soft tissues; and an upper head(15), arranged in an upper end of the bearing(13) so that a slot(14) is formed between the lower and upper heads(12,15); wherein a degree, by which the bearing(13) is offset from the central axis of the screw(11), is adjusted according to the installed condition for supplying the orthodontic force to the teeth, the plate supported by the implant, and the wire, etc.
