<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording material conveying device capable of restricting floating of a recording material in a tip thereof by surely adhering the recording material to a conveying belt, and to provide an image forming device with the same. <P>SOLUTION: An adhesion assisting means 120 for securing electrostatic adhesion between the recording paper P and the paper conveying belt 15 is provided in a recording material delivery area between a roller 52 and a roller 53 of the paper conveying unit 50. This adhesion assisting means 120 is structured of a shaft 121 and a spur 122. The recording paper P conveyed to the delivery area is electrostatically adhered to the paper conveying belt 51, and thereafter, pushed toward the paper conveying belt 51 by the spur 122.
