SEALING DEVICE, AND BAG-MAKING, FILLING AND PACKAGING MACHINE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag-making, filling and packaging machine for sealing and packaging a fluid filler hermetically in a self-supporting bag by deaerating the bag, which prevents a sealing failure caused by adhesion of the filler filled in the bag to a sealing area.

SOLUTION: A heat sealing device subjects a cylindrical film filled with the filler, to linear heat sealing horizontally on the film. The device has a seal bar 52, whose opposite face 52a has an arcuate or elliptic cross-section perpendicular to a sealing line, and a plurality of slots 55 extending from the vicinity of the center to the ends of the bar 52 in the direction perpendicular to the sealing line.
