<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily collect detail information necessary for production management without making it necessary to change any management system or AP even in a production system whose configuration frequently changes. <P>SOLUTION: An RFID tag 119 having personal identification information 108 is attached to a product and a component 102 circulating in a production line 101. An operation executor 106 has an RFID tag 122 having identification information 111 of an executor, and an RFID tag 118 having identification information 107 of a place is attached to a place 103 where a production system is installed, and an RFID tag 121 having identification information 110 of an operation process is attached to an operator process 105, and an RFID tag 120 having identification information 109 of an operation facility is attached to an operation facility 104. A production management terminal 112 collects all identification information from an RFID reading device 114 and time information 113 from an internal clock 124. Those information is generated into production management information as tracing information in the production management by an AP installed in the production management terminal 112, and transmitted through a network 115 to a host production management system 123, and stored in a production management information database 116. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
