PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress partial temperature rise with simple configuration and to discharge heat well without damaging the appearance even if the ceiling is low. SOLUTION: An air cooling unit 3 installed on the bottom comprises a turbo fan 6 for sucking underfloor outer air into a boxy housing 5, and an air outlet 7 for ejecting sucked outer air toward the inner periphery of a rack 1 is provided in each of four side faces of the housing 5.
