MANUFACTURING METHOD AND MANUFACTURING DEVICE OF PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent impure gas removed at the time of evacuation from mixing into the panel again at introduction of a discharge gas in manufacture of a plasma display panel. SOLUTION: When the inside of panel of a plasma display panel 1 is evacuated, a first pipe 3 and a third pipe 5 for connecting the panel 3 and an evacuator 10 are heated, and the impure gas removed from the panel is prevented from being adsorbed on the inner wall of the pipe, and when a discharge gas is introduced into the panel, the first pipe 3 and a second pipe 4 for connecting the panel and the gas container 9 are cooled, and thereby raising the purity of the discharge gas introduced into the panel.
