PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the glass substrate from being broken caused by colliding with a ramp when the information recording device is dropped down. SOLUTION: This is an information recording glass substrate at least having a main surface and an outer side surface. A slanted surface is formed on the boundary of the main surface and the outer surface, and the length of the rounded corner of the slanted surface is 5 mm or larger in the axial direction.
