PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polypropylene composition having excellent impact resistance, transparency and flexural modulus, and to provide a product produced from the composition. SOLUTION: This polypropylene composition comprises (a) 80 to 95 wt.% of a highly crystalline random copolymer selected from ethylene-propylene random copolymer having an ethylene content of 1 to 5 wt.% and propylene-butene-1 random copolymer having a butene-1 content of 2 to 12 wt.%, and (b) 5 to 20 wt.% of ethylene-propylene elastomer copolymer having an ethylene content of 30 to 50 wt.%, wherein the ratio of the melt index of the component (a) to the melt index of the component (b) is 1.5 to 35. The polypropylene composition has not only excellent impact resistance and flexural modulus but also excellent transparency, and is suitable for producing refrigerating containers, freezing containers, food-packing containers, extrusion-molded articles, hollow molding articles, films, sheets and bottle stoppers.
