PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urethane resin composition having good heat resistance, hydrolytic resistance, etc., by maintaining basic characteristics inherent in a polyurethane resin as well, having excellent workability, and suitable for moisture-proof insulation treatment of electric/electronic parts. SOLUTION: This urethane resin composition contains (i) a polyol component which contains a polyester polyol comprising an esterified product of a dimer acid with a castor oil-based polyol and a hydrogenated polyisoprene polyol and (ii) a polyisocyanate component.
