PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a more improved nasal ointment useful for prevention of inhalation allergic reactions. SOLUTION: This nasal ointment containing at least one mixture of saturated hydrocarbons with specific viscosity values, useful for prevention of inhalation allergic reactions, is characterized in that at least one mixture of saturated hydrocarbons has viscosity according to DIN 51 562 of above 6 mm<SP>2</SP>/s (100°C).
