PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound containing annexin V as a partial structure, labeled with technetium and enabling the imaging of apoptosis in vivo, causing decreased radiation buildup in a non-target tissue and easily producible with a simple operation in high yield. SOLUTION: The invention relates to a compound obtained by bonding 4'-aminomethyl-N,N'-trimetylenedibenzohydroxamide to annexin V through a linker and expressed e.g. by formula (I) (m is an integer of 1-8; n is an integer of 1-5; X is a bivalent linking group; and the amino group bonded to the annexin V surrounded by a circle is an amino group derived from the amino acid residue of the annexin), a labeled compound containing technetium coordinated to the compound, and an imaging agent containing the labeled compound as an active component.
