PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep stopping a projection formed to an endless belt which carries the paper sheet at an accurate reference position. SOLUTION: In the post-treatment device 1, a member (projection) 32 for raising a sheet bundle formed to an endless first belt 20 rotary-driven to be rotatable forward and backward aligns front edges of a plurality of paper sheets to stack them, and a sheet bundle is bound with staples. A first actuator 40 for a reference position detection of the stacking member 32 has an actuating plate 41 rotated while being in contact with the stacking member 32, and a stopper 43 for preventing rotation of the actuating plate 41 in the backward direction is disposed to a mounting plate 42 of the first actuator 40.
