PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate installation work of a drum adaptor. SOLUTION: This drum adaptor for a winch is provided with a pair of winding drum parts 41 and 45 in a split form, having flange parts 43 and 47 at both end parts, a fastening part 57 to fasten the winding drum parts 41 and 45 to each other as a drum part 27b of the winch 27 is held, and a U-bolt 61 to be installed on an installation part 59 as it is set stretched over the drum part 27b of the winch 27.
