PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine oil capacitor allowing use of large amount of oil in an internal combustion engine without reducing fuel efficiency or increasing package size of the engine. SOLUTION: Flow of oil passing through an ordinary oil drain back hole is partially limited.
