PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleeping bag with simple structure that can be easily mass-produced and can be easily disposed of. SOLUTION: Flat sheets 12, 13 are attached on both surfaces of a corrugated sheet 11 and an air bubble sheet 10 made of synthetic resin on which a multitude of air sealed air bubbles 14 are formed is used to form a bag body with an opening 2. A thin aluminum membrane is applied on at least one side of flat sheets 12, 13 on the opposite surface of the surface to which the corrugated sheet 11 is bonded and the aluminum membrane is provided on at least the inner surface of the bag body.
