PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT image photographic apparatus capable of easily changing photography without the need of withdrawing a subject support member such as a back pad in the change of a photography form during tomography and during still image photography and surely correcting the subject support member during the reconstitution of tomographic images and during the still image photography by changing the shape of the subject support member corresponding to a photography form. SOLUTION: The X-ray CT image photographic apparatus for photographing the tomographic image of a subject comprises: the subject support member provided on a rotary table for positioning the photographing object part of the subject inside an X-ray irradiation range; a stop means for stopping the rotary table so that the subject support member becomes roughly parallel with an X-ray imaging part; and a moving means for bringing the X-ray imaging part into tight contact with the support member in the stop state.
