A repeater capacity monitoring device and a location information service supply method using the device are provided to measure the frequency of call attempts of a wireless mobile communication terminal passing through a repeater, and to integratedly manage the measured values as servicing an LBS(Location Based Service) using the repeater, thus effective management of the repeater and exact location information provision using the repeater's position are available. A forward monitoring unit(4) performs a mobile communication terminal function. A reverse monitoring unit(1) performs a mobile communication base station function. A wireless signal transmitted or received by a base station is directly connected to the base station in wireless or wire type, or if the wireless signal is transmitted via a repeater, the signal is directly connected to the repeater in wireless or wire type. The monitoring units(4,1) individually have functions of extracting(demodulating/decoding) control packets related to the wireless standard from forward and reverse wireless signals, functions of perceiving call attempts from the extracted packets, and functions of sending the extracted results to a server system(7) or the Internet in wireless or wire type via a controller(5).
