An organic electroluminescent device and a driving method thereof are provided to restrict crosstalk by flowing the same current in scan lines by applying the same voltage to cathode stages of pixels. An organic electroluminescent device including data lines(D1~D4) and first scan lines(S1,S3) and second scan lines(S2,24) crossing the data lines includes a data storage unit(206) for storing and supplying RGB(Red, Green, Blue) input data; a first crosstalk preventing unit(210) connected to the first scan lines to apply predetermined current to the first scan lines according to the RGB data supplied from the data storage unit; and a second crosstalk preventing unit(212) connected to the second scan lines to apply the predetermined current to the second scan lines according to the RGB data sent from the data storage unit. |
