Topical composition comprises at least a cellular homeostasis regulator at 0.01-30 wt.% of osmolyte, osmolyte precursor and/or osmolyte derivative, and a film forming complex at 0.1-30 wt.%, which is ready to form a monomolecular film with the regulator when the composition is applied to the skin and to release gradually the regulator. Independent claims are included for: (1) a kit containing at least a first product comprising at least a cellular homeostasis regulator of osmolyte, osmolyte precursor and/or osmolyte derivative, a second product comprising at least a film forming complex to form a monomolecular film with the regulator and a third optional product comprising skin cohesion and/or moisturizing agents; and (2) a cosmetic process of treatment, comprising a sequential application of the first, second and third products of the kit.
