A wireless contents broadcasting service method and a system thereof are provided to make a sound source broadcasted in a mobile environment, and to make a user pay for reproduction of the sound source, consequently an infringement of copyright does not occur in the broadcasting process of the sound source. A propagation transmission control station(10) spreads and broadcasts plural contents data as different contents ID codes that maintain mutual orthogonality. Mobile stations(30) despread broadcasted contents signals by using pre-stored contents ID codes for particular contents selected by users, and extract and output equivalent contents data. The contents ID codes used for spreading and the contents ID codes used for despreading are the same.
