PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the acoustic radiation from a floor panel by reducing effectively the vibratory energy of the floor panel originating from the vibration transmitted from frame members of the body even if the shape of the floor panel involves a certain restriction over the height direction. SOLUTION: The floor panel 2 etc. of the vehicle body to constitute a vehicle floor while it is coupled with frame members 20, 22, 27, 28 etc., arranged in the fore and aft direction of the vehicle body and in the vehicle width direction, is equipped with a high rigidity portion 70 formed in the central part of a region S1 etc. surrounded by the frame members in such a way as protruding up or down and a low rigidity portion 72 formed flat around the high rigidity portion, wherein the high rigidity portion is furnished with a recess 70b consisting of a curved surface having a circular or an elliptical shape when viewed on the plan as protruding in a curved surface oppositely to the protruding direction in the central part.
