PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sun visor for a vehicle capable of solving unexpected displacement and play of a light-shielding plate against a hollow frame body made of first and second shell frame bodies, and rigidly coupling the first and second shell frame bodies. SOLUTION: A hollow frame body 11 of a sun visor body 10 is formed hollow by mutually coupling first and second shell frame bodies 20 and 30 divided in its thickness direction. A light-shielding plate 12 continued to the inner peripheral edge is integrally formed on the first shell frame body 20. Intermediate coupling parts 26 and 36 are integrally formed on the first and second shell frame bodies 20 and 30 at positions between outer peripheral walls 22, 32 and inner peripheral edges 25, 35, respectively. The outer peripheral walls 22, 32 and the intermediate coupling parts 26, 36 of the first and second shell frame bodies 20, 30 are integrally coupled with each other, so that the coupled portion constitutes a hollow closed section.
